The European Patent Office (IP Australia) has issued a decision to grant a patent for Uniseg’s European patent application number EP201590874 – “A Container”. The patent is granted from May 26, 2021.
Uniseg Products have validated the patent for the European territories, France, Germany, and the UK. The Unsieg container has patent’s granted in Australia and South Africa, with patents pending for Canada, China, India & the USA.
The main feature of the patent’s claims are the unique front and top load feature of the Uniseg Collapsible Bulk Container, which enable the ergonomic, safe loading of heavy items, such as batteries.
